Friendli is built on live conversation between adults. These standards exist so that it stays a place people want to be. They apply everywhere on the platform โ€” profiles, calls and gifts.

What is not allowed

How we enforce this

Enforcement is proportionate to what happened. Depending on severity we may issue a warning, remove content, end a call in progress, suspend an account pending review, or ban permanently. Serious violations detected during a live call end that call immediately and suspend the account while a human reviews it.

Some violations skip straight to a permanent ban: sexual content involving minors, credible threats of violence, and repeated serious abuse.

Reporting someone

Every profile and call has a report option. Reports are reviewed by our team. You can also block anyone โ€” blocking is immediate, mutual, and does not notify the other person. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

If you think we got it wrong

Moderation is not perfect, and an automated check can flag something innocent. If your account was actioned and you believe it was a mistake, write to support@friendli.in and a person will review it. Tell us what happened โ€” appeals with context are resolved faster.
